Date and price are gothered on Enrichment step, Receipt now has
SourceRequestDetails which holds specific to this receipt parameters to
query additional data. SourceRequestDetails' hash is now used to identify
uniquness of a receipt. Receipt.Prc has been renamed to Receipt.Price.
